A global leader in authentication technologies is looking for a Compensation Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a remote based position, with occasional travel required to the office for company meetings or company events.
As the Compensation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and aligning compensation practices following recent organisational changes. This is a key hire for the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of compensation strategy, global benchmarking, pay equity, and job architecture across an international workforce.
Your key responsibilities as Compensation Manager will include managing the annual compensation review cycle, overseeing global salary benchmarking (preferably using WTW or Mercer), refining and maintaining the job architecture framework, and supporting the development and rollout of incentive plans particularly with a focus on sales roles. You will lead the creation and governance of job descriptions, ensure alignment with pay transparency standards, and drive compensation related compliance and internal equity audits.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a compensation-focused HR role with exposure to international markets. You will have a strong foundation in compensation analytics and process management, with demonstrable experience in salary grade frameworks, job evaluation, and incentive plan design. Familiarity with pay equity legislation and global pay transparency practices is highly desirable. Experience with HR analytics, HRMS tools, and platforms such as Power BI would be a strong plus. Additional experience in employee benefits is welcomed.
The salary on offer is £70,000 - £85,000 per annum dependent on experience plus market leading regional benefits.
