An organisation based in Central London are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team. Please note the role is fully office-based in a well-connected Central London location.
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will take ownership of a broad range of HR activities with a strong focus on day-to-day operations, employee relations, recruitment coordination, HR administration and HRIS system administration.
This role will suit a seasoned HR Generalist who enjoys being at the heart of a business, is process-driven, confident in providing HR guidance and thrives in a hands-on generalist position.
Your key responsibilities as the Senior HR Advisor will include providing HR advisory support, managing ER matters, coordinating recruitment, preparing and analysing HR data and reports and contributing to HR projects and procedures.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR Advisor or HR Generalist with strong ER knowledge and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. You will ideally hold a CIPD qualification or be qualified by experience. You will have excellent organisation skills and attention to detail and a flexible, hands-on approach.
The salary on offer is up to £55,000 per annum dependent on experience.
