A growing company is looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Advisor / Internal Recruiter to provide full operational recruitment advice and support to the business. This is a hybrid role both working from home and approximately 3 days per week from their City, London office.
The successful candidate will be tasked with a broad range of recruitment duties, including managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, developing the employer brand, collaborating with hiring managers, leading cost-effective recruitment campaigns, managing third-party (agencies and job boards) relationships, drafting job descriptions and adverts, tracking vacancies and applications as well as creating monthly reports on recruitment activities. In addition to BAU activities, this role will involve some exciting project work aimed at improving the recruitment process from both a candidate and business perspective.
In order to be suitable for this role you must have proven experience in a Recruitment Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Internal Recruiter or similar recruitment focussed role. It is essential to have a good knowledge of managing a variety of vacancies, with experience working with various IT solutions (LinkedIn Recruiter, Sopcial Media, ATS...etc.) as well as excellent customer service and organisational skills.
