Talent / Recruitment Manager - National Charity
A growing UK charity is looking to add an experienced recruitment and talent professional to their HR team.
This is a fantastic newly developed role where you will be able to shape and deliver the recruitment function of an ambitious SME. Duties will include:
- Improving recruitment processes and advising on best practice
- Lead on recruitment projects
- Work with line managers to advise and guide them on recruitment matters
- Work with agencies to deliver against recruitment strategy
- Advising on how to assess candidate skill sets
- Support with writing of job descriptions
- Measure KPI's
- Design training for graduates and apprentices
To be considered suitable you will need to have previous experience within an in-house recruitment role (i.e. Internal Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator, Talent Advisor, Recruitment Manager etc.). You will also need to be comfortable working fully remotely.
