A large not-for-profit organisation is looking for a bright and driven Recruitment Officer / Internal Recruiter to support the HR Business Partner for Resourcing with all aspects of recruitment and selection with duties including shortlisting, interviewing, organising visits and carrying out compliance checks. This role will be based between the London (Paddington area) office and working from home.

In order to be suitable for this role you must have some experience in a Recruitment Officer, Recruitment Specialist, In-house Recruiter, HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Personnel Assistant or similar HR focussed role with a clear understanding of the recruitment process including advising managers and working with agencies. It is essential to have first-class organisational and time management skills, a positive attitude as well as strong knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).

This Senior Recruitment Officer role represents an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic professional to join an exciting organisation making a big difference. This role is paying up to £31,500 depending on experience plus bonus.
