Senior HR Advisor - £50,000 – NW London, North Acton
A rapidly growing, international business based in NW London are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where you can quickly add value – stepping up into a HR Manager role.
This role would suit an experienced HR Generalist currently working as a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor who enjoys both an operational and strategic.
As a HR Generalist your key responsibilities will include designing people strategies and plans, creating people policies and procedures, supporting learning and development programmes to meet the needs of the organisation, creating employee engagement strategies and ensuring an excellent HR service is delivered to the business. You will also be providing advice, guidance and coaching to managers and providing a welcoming, open door HR support function to all employees of the business. In addition, you will support the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process across key head office departments, and will lead and manage an additional HR team member.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5+ qualified with up to date knowledge of UK employment law. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organisation. There is a huge opportunity to expand and build on your skills and would suit a personable HR Advisor that is eager to take on their first HR Manager role.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 with a benefits.
