A growing organisation is looking for an ambitious Personal Assistant / Projects Co-ordinator to provide high-level support to the People & Development Director. This is a hybrid role, working from City, London office 3 days per week.
The successful candidate will be part of a small, close-knit team supporting the organisation’s People & Development strategy. Duties will include:

Providing comprehensive executive support including diary management, report preparation, follow up on meeting actions, travel arrangements,

Preparing communications, briefings and documentation on behalf of the Director

Attending meetings and taking minutes

Producing People related reports

Utilising project management tools to track progress of People projects

Producing meeting packs, management information, presentations and supporting documents
This would suit a candidate with experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, HR Administrator, People Project Co-ordinator, or similar role for a medium sized business in a fast-paced industry. You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is essential, alongside strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations, is also important. Experience supporting projects, working with data, or using project management tools would be advantageous. Experience with Power BI and project management platforms such as Monday.com would be highly advantageous, as would the ability to influence and drive action across stakeholders without formal authority.
The successful candidate will be highly professional and comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information, with strong initiative and the ability to take ownership of tasks without close supervision.
This Personal Assistant / Projects Co-ordinator position is offering a salary of £40,000 - £48,000 depending on experience, plus benefits including bonus, 25 days’ holiday, pension, life assurance, income protection, wellbeing support, and additional lifestyle perks.
