A fast growing technology business based in Nottingham is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team. The company offer a hybrid office and home working policy where you can split your week between the two. 
 
This is a fantastic role for someone with in-house recruitment experience to join a progressive organisation that are growing rapidly.
 
The salary on offer is up to £55,000 based on experience.
 
Day to day duties will include:
- Overseeing recruitment strategy and hire of tech professionals 
- Ensuring company brand and vacancy marketing are carried out effectively 
- Reviewing and improving on recruitment activity
- Direct candidate sourcing
- Interviewing
- Onboarding
 
To be considered suitable you will need to have some previous internal recruitment experience, strong academic record and an ambitious personality as the company are looking to grow and hire rapidly. It is also essential that you have prior experience of recruiting in the technology (or similar space) with great attention to detail and the ability to promote vacancies and employer brand effectively.
