HR Officer - Remote with 3 days per month in their City of London office - £28,000 - £35000
Are you an experienced HR administrator or coordinator looking to take the next step in your career. If so, my client is looking to appoint an HR officer to help with the planning, organisation, and coordination of HR operations on a regional and global level.
With strong communication skills you will develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Undertake general HR administrative tasks and update employee records on HRIS. Organise onboarding and offboarding processes and update payroll and data sources.
Coordinate, plan and execute recruitment for all business areas.
Support HR Business Partners with straight forward employee relations case work and escalate the more complex ones.
You’ll also enjoy getting involved in additional HR projects as and when required.
Requirements for the role:
- Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills including proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Calm under pressure and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion
- Work well autonomously as well as in a team
- A keen interest in HR and study towards the CIPD qualification
This is a permanent role, offering a salary of £28,000 - £35000, dependent on experience.
