HR Manager – Recruitment & Retention
Working for a very successful healthcare company, your main responsibilities will be to maintain high employee retention and to manage the internal talent team, an HR Assistant and a Payroll Administrator.
With 400 staff made up of permanent employees, bank and temp staff, it’s a busy and challenging job.
The role is a hybrid position, working in the Hatfield head office 2 days per week and from home.
Outside of the main recruitment responsibilities, you will be responsible for any ER cases, although these are very rare, overseeing all HR policies and procedures and ensuring these are followed, supporting managers and developing the wider team.
Ideally you will be CIPD level 5 or equivalent.
Previous end to end recruitment experience is essential and prior management responsibilities.
Previous healthcare experience would be an advantage
