An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a well-established, fast growing, international technology company on a part-time basis.
As this is a part time role (20 hours per week), the company does offer some hybrid working and the hours can be worked flexibly.
As HR Manager you will proactively advise Directors and lead on HR strategy, policies, employee relations, retention, staff development, change management and organisational structure and you will implement these processes to align with business strategy.
Key responsibilities include advising on policy and proposing changes as required, developing office culture and nurturing a positive work environment, recruiting and on-boarding alongside external agencies, leading learning and development initiatives and ensuring legal compliance throughout HR.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 7 qualified with 5+ years’ experience in HR within an SME. You will have excellent knowledge of UK employment and contractual law and possess great people skills.
The salary on offer is up to £55,000 per annum pro rata.
