An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Manager to join a global women’s rights charity organisation who do amazing work to improve the life of women and girls around the world.
You will be joining a team who care about the difference they can make and who work collaboratively towards ending violence, advancing economic rights and strengthening the influence of women globally.
The role is based in their central London office, and they offer hybrid working.
As HR Manager, working closely with the CEO and Senior Management team, you will provide HR strategic and operational leadership across the organisation. You will lead on key components of the organisation development strategy and the policies that support this.
Other key responsibilities include establishing learning and development programmes across all teams, recruitment and onboarding, managing employee related cases, taking ownership of the annual staff survey and lead on employee wellbeing, strengthening and supporting an inclusive, feminist, anti-racist culture and adopting and promoting best practise.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5+ qualified with experience managing and leading a HR function. You will have excellent communication skills, be a team player and be committed to feminism, inclusion, anti-racism and social justice.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £52,000 per annum + great benefits.
