A popular medium sized HR practice is looking to add a proven Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager to its team. The company offer a supportive environment offering career progression opportunities and flexible working: this is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the Weybridge office and working from home.
The successful candidate will be tasked with providing a full HR service to multiple clients (retained & ad-hoc), including full employee lifecycle covering disciplinary matters, investigations, performance & talent management, terminations, redundancies, productivity, recognition, rewards as well as training & development. Duties will include building key stakeholder relationships, attending weekly on-site client meetings, reviewing documentation, updating and maintaining policies and procedures, providing regular employment law updates, managing recruitment and selection internally, supporting senior managers as well as leading specific HR / L&D projects as required.
In order to be suitable for this role it is essential to have proven experience in a Senior HR Advisor, HR Manager, HR Business Partner, HR Consultant or similar senior HR generalist role in a fast-paced medium / large business. It is essential to be CIPD qualified (ideally Level 7, or Level5) with broad HR, ER and employment law knowledge, as well as ideally some leadership / strategic exposure.
This Senior HR Advisor / HR Manager role is paying up to £50,000 plus benefits. There is an opportunity for this role to develop into a senior leadership / board role for the right person.
