We have a great opportunity for someone to join a business on a 6 month fixed term contract as HR Manager/Head of HR with the possibility of it becoming permanent.
A well-established business is looking for an accomplished Senior HR Manager to join its team, based in the Bexley Health area of London. The organisation operates a hybrid model.
In this hands-on role, you will report to the CEO and have full responsibility for developing the people strategy of a 250 person business.
You must be a commercially astute and highly driven HR leader. This is a hands-on leadership and role, with accountability for the success of the people function within the company.
Key responsibilities will include:
Building and implementing a first-class people strategy that enables the business to achieve its objectives and support the delivery of day to day HR activities.
Providing a proactive HR service across the organisation and key stakeholders and expert HR advice on employment law matters.
Coaching managers around ER cases and supporting and line managing team members.
Leading in the delivery of a variety of HR projects, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, considering best practice and current options and ultimately making decisions in the best interest of the project
To be suitable for this role you must be CIPD qualified up to Level 7 with extensive knowledge and experience of HR in a similar role.
