An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced HR Manager to join a thriving retail and distribution business in Aldershot, Hampshire

Providing HR support for upwards of 250 employees you will be responsible for leading the HR team and covering a hands-on generalist, human resources role. Duties will include;

  • HR policy generation
  • Developing HR strategy
  • Employee relations
  • Absence management
  • Advising management
  • Overseeing recruitment
  • Disciplinary’s and performance management

The starting salary on offer for this role is £45,000 - £52,000 (based on experience) plus benefits

To be considered suitable you will need to have previous HR management experience as well as exposure to a full generalist and hands-on HR role. A CIPD qualification would be seen as an advantage but this is not essential.
