HR Manager – Reigate, Surrey
A well-established organisation based in Reigate are looking for a standalone HR Manager to join their team. The business has over 700 employees and this is very much a generalist role. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background at either Advisor, Business Partner or HR Manager level.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Providing advice and guidance to managers re employee relations issues
Managing grievance and disciplinary processes
Developing and implementing the people strategy for the business
Development of HR policies and procedures
The ideal candidate will have an up to day knowledge of UK employment law, will have strong relationship building skills and will enjoy a standalone role.
The salary on offer is £50,000 plus benefits.
