A highly successful global marketing and communications agency is seeking a personable, motivated, and focused HR Generalist to join their growing team based near Hammersmith. This role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week to start with, after which some flexibility will be allowed for home working.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for managing HR cases across the business. This organisation uses an external HR Consultancy for high-level HR issues, therefore you must note that you will be the sole HR individual based in this office. You will be responsible for matters relating to Employee Relations, HR Operations, recruitment, etc., lead in devising and updating policies and procedures and manage the disciplinary and grievance processes also. 

You will also be required to provide support to anyone visiting the office, as well as maintain good relationships with the landlord, vendors, and suppliers. You will ensure that all supplies are kept orderly and replenish stock when necessary. 

To be considered for this role, you must have proven HR experience and be proficient with using MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc).
