HR Business Partner – SW London – Charity
A highly regarded charity based near to Clapham Junction are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join their team on a 2 year fixed term contract.
Working closely with the senior management team, the HR BP will work to develop and embed a range of people focused initiatives to drive the charity forward. You will be responsible for managing the delivery of a professional HR service and will provide support, advice and guidance where there is a need for cultural change.
To be suitable, you will have the following relevant experience:
Extensive experience of advising and guiding line managers at all levels
Implementation of people management policies
Supporting managers on large scale cultural change
CIPD qualified
The salary on offer for this HR Business Partner role is £40,000 plus benefits.
