Award winning, FMCG business in Queenborough are looking to place a driven and passionate junior HR professional in their team as an HR Assistant.
This is a fast paced, high performing and well run HR team. The business are experiencing a lot of growth and the role will essentially form a mixture of both HR and recruitment support, with substantial HR and recruitment administration..
The role will involve:
Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with the recruitment process - issuing contracts, offer letters and associated admin as well as supporting the new starter inductions, as well as managing agency relationships where instructed.
Assist with setting up personnel files and managing and maintaining company HR systems
Assist with management of agency workers, including timesheets and liaising with agencies
Provide support to the Finance Team on a monthly basis ensuring pay, overtime and any changes are correctly recorded.
Support the HR Business Partners by compiling reports and HR statistics
Support the L&D Manager with any training administration support where required.
To secure this role you should:
Be a strong communicator with a good work ethic and team skills
Have some commercial HR experience and be looking to build on that.
Have demonstrable experience either recruiting or assisting with the recruiting process for another business.
You should be studying towards your CIPD or have CIPD Level 3 or above.
Ideally this might be gained in a FMCG, fast paced, retail or distribution background , but this is not essential.
