A professional services business with offices based in Leatherhead and Central London are looking for an experienced HR Advisor with recruitment experience to join their team on an 12 month FTC.
Please note - this role is recruitment heavy but will involve additional HR project work.
Key responsibilities of this HR Advisor/ Recruitment Coordinator role will be:
Supporting Line Managers in creating job specifications and job adverts
Managing relationships with recruitment agencies
Reviewing incoming applications and organising interviews
Conducting first stage interviews
Preparing contracts, offer documentation and referencing on candidates
Managing graduate recruitment
HR administration
The salary on offer for this FTC role is up to £30,000.
