HR Advisor (Employee Relations) - Global Sports Brand - London
*Salary up to £35,000 plus benefits with hybrid working available*
A leading and well-known sports company based in West London is looking for an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic time to join a company investing heavily in HR change and transformation.
The salary on offer is up to £35,000 plus benefits and 25 days holiday. You will be required to work from the company offices in the Hammersmith area 3 times a week with 2 days from home. The role is a permanent position with a 35 hour working week.
The Employee Relations Advisor will have the following duties:
- Advise and guide on all ER matters
- Monitor data and trends
- Case management of people issues ranging from grievance, absence and disciplinaries
- Supporting the HR operations team with HR queries
- Supporting development of policies and procedures across the business
- Design relevant training
- HR project work
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Good understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Proven experience in supporting employee relations cases
- Strong communication skills with a passion for HR
- Understanding of employment law
- Ability to analyse and monitor HR data
