In this diverse role, you will support the HR Manager & Finance Director by providing administrative support in all HR processes and procedures. Working in a friendly team in a busy organisation you will be accountable for the day-to-day delivery of the HR Administration service, ensuring you work accurately, efficiently and that you complete all work in a timely manner.
You will be a self-starter with a real can-do attitude and the drive to achieve results and get things done. With minimal supervision you will use your strong problem-solving skills and tenacity to manage a demanding workload; prioritising accordingly and dealing with some ambiguity confidently.
It is essential you have excellent English speaking and writing skills. You must have demonstrable capability for writing policy, procedures, letters, reports etc., and have excellent competency with Microsoft Word and Excel, particularly.
