HR Administrator - 18 month FTC
A well established, international business based in Rugby are looking for a solid Administrator with a real interest in HR and recruitment.
This role will involve the full end to end recruitment – across all departments and levels across the business, from vacancy authorisation and job briefing, through to candidate offer and package negotiation and contract administration.
You will play an integral part in delivering a seamless recruitment offering in line with the Company’s “People Strategy” – coordinating interviews and providing feedback to candidates at every step of the process.
You will drive the organisation’s direct recruitment model by building up a talent pipeline with effective use of social media, job boards and CV databases, other media and headhunting techniques; and develop testing and aptitude techniques to aid with screening process. You will also manage relationships with agencies and provide coaching to line managers on recruitment best practice.
To be suitable for this HR and Recruitment role you will have demonstrable recruitment experience – across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will enjoy building great working relationships with stakeholders and will be a real advocate for the brand.
The salary on offer is up to £30,000 plus benefits.
