A large not-for-profit organisation is looking for a bright and driven HR Administrator / Assistant to provide an extensive range of administrative support to a large HR team. This is a fixed-term contract for initially 12 months (maternity cover, with the possibility to extend) based in West London (Paddington area) office, with some working from home.
 
The successful candidate will be tasked with a broad range of HR Generalist duties: updating the HR database, recruitment / on-boarding administration, payroll as well as general HR administration.
 
In order to be suitable for this role you must have some experience in an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, Personnel Assistant or similar junior HR focussed role with good knowledge of ER and taking meeting notes. It is essential to have first-class administration, organisational and time management skills, a positive attitude as well as strong knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
 
This HR Administrator / Assistant role represents an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic professional to join an exciting organisation making a big difference. This role is paying up to £23,000 depending on experience.
