A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join its team, based in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual seeking a part-time position, circa 24 hours per week (to be worked across 3-5 days according to the preference of the successful candidate). Please note, this is a hands-on standalone office based role.
In order to be suitable for this position of significant responsibility you will be an energetic and professional HR Manager with excellent communication skills and demonstrable expertise providing a proactive support service to the business. You will have sound experience with employment policies, onboarding, employee relations, engagement, and payroll.
The ideal candidate will hold strong knowledge of employment regulations and will have a strategic approach to implementing and executing a first-class HR service. You will assist and advise on the development of effective employee engagement policies and hold the experience and confidence to provide sound advice and nurture relationships across departments. You will be a highly organised HR professional, whilst hands-on payroll management experience would be advantageous to your application.
