A well-established organisation is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Graduate HR Advisor to join their team. The company is based in Guilford but embraces hybrid working and would require you onsite 3 days per week. In order to be suitable, you must hold a valid driver’s license.
This role would suit a recent graduate that is looking for their first entry-level role. No previous HR experience is required, but you will need to be passionate about people and developing your career in this area. If you are CIPD qualified this would be beneficial to your application but is by no means necessary.
As the HR Advisor, you will work closely to support the Head of HR and wider team and will be involved in HR project work, working on recruitment campaigns, staff onboarding, providing information on key policies and procedures, and maintaining and updating the HR database and staff files.
