Graduate HR Administrator

An inspiring Charity based in Leatherhead is looking for a keen HR Graduate to join its growing team. Please note, this role is office based and you will be expected on-site 5 days per week.

Reporting directly to the HR Manager you will help to deliver a full HR service to the business, providing a proactive support service across recruitment, engagement initiatives, and learning and development. You will work closely with internal managers on HR matters and will provide first-class administrative support to the small HR team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide an effective HR administration service
  • Co-ordinating HR recruitment systems
  • Ensuring accurate HR records on all employees
  • Providing HR reports as required
  • Assist with recruitment and selection campaigns alongside on-boarding and inductions

In order to be suitable for this role, you must hold a university degree in Human Resources or a similar subject and hold excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will have knowledge of standard HR processes, learning and development initiatives, and the recruitment/onboarding processes. CIPD qualification is by no means necessary but would be advantageous to your application alongside any experience working commercially within HR.
