A global technology business is seeking an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager to join its team based in Central London, on an initial 6 month fixed-term contract. As an organisation that embraces flexibility you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Reporting into the HR Director, in this standalone recruitment role you will be responsible for devising and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy. You will deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, including working with hiring managers to gather requirements, developing job specifications, benchmarking salaries, coordinating interviews and proactively sourcing candidates. You will also manage the ATS, forge strong relationships with recruitment agencies, and ensure that candidates are kept updated throughout the recruitment process.
In order to be suitable for this role you must be a personable and capable Talent Acquisition Manager or Talent/Recruitment Partner with proven experience recruiting for technology roles. You will also have excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with senior managers. You will be personable, highly organised and have demonstrable expertise working with ATS systems.
