A highly respected professional advisory firm is looking for a commercially minded senior-level HR / People Manager to join an established team. Reporting into the HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for translating the HR strategy into operational reality. This is a hybrid role, working from City, London office 3 days per week.
Duties will include

Driving delivery against strategic HR initiatives

Supporting the creation of the HR strategy , with the HR Director

Leading, coaching and developing the HR team

Building strong, credible relationships with senior stakeholders across the business

Utilising HR data and analytics to inform decision-making, workforce planning, and policy development
This role would suit a strong HR professional with proven experience in a Senior HR Manager, Group HR Manager, Head of HR or similar role for a medium sized complex business in a fast-paced industry. This is an operational focused hands-on role, and so it is essential to have first class employment relations, HR law, and strategic data-driven HR experience. You should be adept at managing change programmes, providing strategic HR advice, and implementing innovative HR practices that support organisational growth. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and confidence in handling complex employee relations are essential. Experience within a fast-moving, flexible working environment will be highly advantageous.
