A highly successful, global financial services organisation based in the City of London are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead a team of 8.
This role would suit an HR Generalist, HR Manager or HR Business partner with up to date knowledge of UK employment law. Experience within the financial services or professional services sector would be beneficial but not essential.
Working closed with the Director of this business unit you will help develop and implement the HR strategy across the UK and Europe.
As the HR Manager your primary focus is to deliver an effective and fit for purpose HR service as well as manage the operational, budgetary, financial and other human resources activities. You will also assist in the implementation of systems and processes that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department effectively and efficiently.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Delivery of a compliant and effective Human Resource function
Management of a team of nine to deliver contract and employee manual management, recruitment and onboarding, salary and comp and benefits management, employee relations policy development, learning and development and training
Support the development of management excellence across the business
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have previous experience within a medium to large size organisation.
The salary on offer for this HR Manager role is up to £75,000 plus benefits.
