A highly successful international financial services business based in the City of London (near Bank) are looking for an engaging, professional Senior HR Business Partner to join their team.
Reporting to the Global HR Director you will provide an outstanding HR service to the business in both a strategic and operational capacity. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to develop the HR agenda and strategy as well as taking ownership of delivering an outstanding employee focused HR service to your client group. This role would suit an experienced HR Generalist or HR Business Partner that is driven to improve process and efficiencies whilst also driving the inclusive, collaborative people agenda.
As the Senior HR Business Partner you will lead organisation design activities through effective use of organisational design principles and support the business in identifying capability needs through strategic workforce planning. You will work with your team to drive the delivery of HR employee lifecycle activities (e.g. compensation cycle, performance management cycle, talent reviews, succession planning) and partner with middle management to develop a people agenda, aligned to their strategic objectives and transformation milestones.
Supporting your client group across the UK and EMEA regions, your remit will include talent and succession planning, performance and reward, learning and development, employee relations and engagement and culture. You will manage, support and coach a small team to work with you as you lead on all strategic initiatives within the business.
This role would suit a proactive, commercial and engaging HR leader; perhaps you will have worked as a HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, Senior HR Leader or Associate HR Director previously. Any international experience would be beneficial but not essential.
The salary on offer for this Senior HR Business Partner role is up to £110,000 plus bonus and benefits.
