A highly successful, global business are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive business with an inclusive culture. 

As HR Advisor, working closely with the Director of HR, you will be the first line of contact for all people related issues related to internal process and legal requirements.

Your key responsibilities as HR Advisor will include providing generalist HR advice and support on employment terms and HR policies and procedures, maintaining systems and processes such as recruitment, employment contracts, appraisals etc, providing HR admin support in investigations and act as a liaison with management to provide advice and guidance on job design, recruitment, induction, best practise and company procedures. You will also be involved in the full recruitment and onboarding process and will provide ongoing employee support by creating personal development plans and monitoring training activities.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience working in HR, ideally in an advisory role with experience in maintaining efficient administrative systems. You will be full or part CIPD qualified, proficient in MS Office Suite and be an excellent communicator, organised and able to prioritise your workload.
