Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Advisor – Rugby – Hybrid - £37,000
A well established, global business are looking for a personable and tenacious Recruitment Advisor to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator that has worked either in house of agency side to develop their skills in house.
As the Talent Acquisition Advisor you will support the effective recruitment within the business by managing the full candidate journey – from attraction and sourcing through to screening and coordination of interviews and assessment activities. Working closely with the Recruitment Partner and hiring managers, you will ensure a high-quality candidate experience while helping to develop hiring managers’ confidence and capability in recruitment best practice, as well as delivering an efficient and compliant service across all hiring types. In addition, you will play a key part in improving and modernising recruitment processes, including optimisation of a new ATS; working with L&D team members to create and deliver training on the system to hiring managers, leading specific projects focused on high volume recruitment and the redesign of our exit interview process to support continuous improvement and organisational growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience with recruitment practices – from producing engaging job adverts, searching and sourcing candidates and completing pre-screen and pre-offer checks. Experience industrial/high volume hires would be beneficial. You will have an understanding of recruitment best practice and the candidate lifecycle and will be proactive, solutions-focused and eager to learn.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £37,000 plus bonus and benefits. This role is hybrid and requires three days per week in the Rugby office.
