Employee Relations Consultant - CIPD
A highly successful, global financial services business are looking for a seasoned HR Generalist or HR Business Partner with a strong ER (employee relations) background to join them on a 3 month contract to support across a number of ER cases.
Please note – this is a 3 month contract (with possible extension) and either full time or 3-4 days per week would be considered. Hybrid working is offered. The day rate on offer for this role £350 p/d.
As the HR Business Partner, you will support the wider team across a range of ER cases including performance management, absence management, disciplinaries and grievances. You will have a strong ER background and will be CIPD qualified. Previous experience in a similar Employee Relations focused role is essential.
This role would suit a personable, detail orientated HR Generalist with extensive ER experience.
The rate on offer is £350 p/d.
