NPI Coordinator (New Product Introduction) - £40,000pa

A well-established technology business is looking to appoint an NPI Coordinator (New Product Introduction) into a newly created role within its Product Management team. Due to continued growth across their product portfolios, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of coordinating product launches in a hands-on, cross-functional role.

This is a permanent, full-time, office-based position, based near Wembley, London. The role will suit a proactive new product introduction professional with experience in hard products such as electrical, lighting, automotive, construction, or other manufactured goods. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Wembley.

This role sits at the intersection of Product Management and Marketing, coordinating the introduction and launch of physical products and ensuring all launch materials and marketing deliverables are completed on time. This is a coordination-focused role rather than a product design or specification role.

As the NPI Coordinator, you will take ownership of coordinating new product introductions, working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Purchasing teams. You will manage the delivery of key launch content including packaging, product instructions, point-of-sale materials, brochures, price lists, web data, and product imagery. You will also track launch timelines using project management tools, escalate issues where necessary, and ensure products are fully ready for market release.

You will work across teams to coordinate tasks, monitor progress, and drive projects through to completion, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. The role requires someone numeric, highly organised, process-driven, and confident using Excel and working with product data.

The successful candidate will have proven experience supporting new product introductions within a hard goods or manufacturing environment, ideally within electrical, lighting, automotive, or construction-related products. You will have excellent attention to detail, strong project coordination skills, and the ability to liaise effectively across multiple departments. You will be proactive, confident, and comfortable taking ownership of driving launch activity forward.

The salary on offer is £35,000 – £40,000 per annum dependent on the level of experience.

Other relevant job titles for this role could include: Product Introduction Coordinator, NPI Project Coordinator, Product Launch Executive, NPD Coordinator (Launch Focus), Product Development Coordinator, Product Executive (Hard Goods).
