Nursery Assistant

A well-established and highly respected private nursery is seeking a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join their dedicated team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and wants to develop their career within a supportive, high-quality early years environment.

This role is ideally suited to individuals with a natural warmth and interest in childcare. While formal qualifications are not essential, a good understanding of the EYFS framework is highly desirable, along with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

You will support the day-to-day care and development of children aged 0–5 years, helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will assist in planning activities, encouraging learning through play, and building positive relationships with children and parents.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, patient, and genuinely enjoys working with children. Previous experience in a nursery or similar setting would be beneficial, though not essential. A basic understanding of safeguarding and child development, along with knowledge of the EYFS framework, will be advantageous.

The nursery offers a competitive salary, a welcoming and supportive team environment, and excellent opportunities for ongoing training and development. You will be working in a well-resourced setting with strong staff support and a clear focus on quality care. Apply today to begin or further your career in a rewarding and nurturing environment.
