An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to oversee an office relocation project. This is a part-time role (circa 21 - 28 hours per week) on a 9 month Fixed-Term contract. This is an ideal role for a Project Manager with proven office relocation experience who is seeking flexibility while leading a high-impact project. The role offers a salary of £50,000 pro rata, which equates to approximately £30,000 - £40k per annum, depending on the number of hours you work.
You will take ownership of the end-to-end office relocation for a 100 person business, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and with minimal disruption to business operations. Working with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, you will coordinate all aspects of the move, from planning and logistics through to implementation and post-move support.
You will develop and manage the project plan, timelines, and budget, while identifying and mitigating risks throughout the lifecycle of the relocation. The role involves liaising with contractors, IT teams, and senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring clear communication and alignment at every stage. You will also oversee space planning, logistics, and the smooth transition of teams into the new office environment.
You will be an accomplished Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering office relocation or similar operational projects. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. You should be proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a global business environment.
If you have experience managing office relocations and are looking for a flexible, project-focused role, we would love to hear from you.
