Learning and Development Advisor – Brentford - £45,000
A well established retail organisation are looking for a passionate L&D Advisor to join their team. Working closely with the Learning and Development Manager you will create and deliver relevant training and development initiatives to store teams to develop leadership capability. As the L&D Specialist you will work to support the entire retail business across onboarding content, eLearning content development, and leadership training to enhance employee engagement and retention. As the L&D Specialist you will help support the shaping of the entire Learning and Development strategy – your role will really have an impact. You will work to support employee onboarding, development, store development, leadership capability and to encourage collaborative and blended learning across teams. You will design, create and develop as well as facilitate training programmes in line with the organisations wider talent strategy and work to continually improve and evolve training programmes.
