We are supporting a dynamic international business that are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to join their growing team.

As HR Operations Manager, you’ll take ownership of global HR and operational processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and compliance across multiple jurisdictions. This role will suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Manage global staffing logistics, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Work closely with internal stakeholders, Employer of Record (EOR) providers, and staffing vendors.

Review and update company policies covering HR, operations, travel, and remote work.

Oversee operational infrastructure and remote workspace logistics to support a fully distributed team.

Partner with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT teams to ensure compliant and efficient operations across all regions.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable, streamlined solutions.
What We’re Looking For

Experience in HR operations, global staffing, or office/people management.

Strong understanding of international employment practices.

Proven experience supporting remote-first or hybrid teams.
