A well-established organisation based in Kettering are looking for a HR Manager to join the team on an initial 9-month contract.
Please note – this role offers hybrid working with a mix of home and in the office working and can be worked on a full-time or part time basis (minimum of 3 days).
As the HR Manager you will ensure that all HR operations and day-to-day HR tasks are successfully managed. You will provide guidance to the HR Administrators and will manage the central executive HR administration and processes; you will also provide advice to HR Administrators on best HR administration and operations practise and supporting the implementation of the new HR information system alongside the Project Manager.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of UK employment law, have experience implementing new HR systems, you will also be up to date on HR practises and processes and have experience leading HR meetings. You will be CIPD qualified and ideally will have worked within a similar role within the education sector.
The salary on offer is up to £45,000 per annum, pro rata.
