A lovely role for an accomplished HR Manager who has experience in the Arts and Entertainment industry and notably has worked within a gallery, auction house or creative agency environment. You will be providing support for all HR functions in Europe and Asia for a growing Global Art Gallery. This newly-created role will report to the New York-based Global Director of Human Resources and play a key role in the development and implementation of their policies and procedures outside of the United States. The ideal candidate should possess sound oral, written, organizational and leadership skills with a keen attention to detail; the ability to handle sensitive, confidential issues and use their discretion to make logical, educated and thoughtful decisions, while remaining up to date with all relevant Employment Laws and Regulations in tandem with ACAS guidelines.
This role is office based in central London and is a great opportunity for you to really have an impact in what you do and to shape their HR function here in the UK.
