- Salary up to £45,000 based on experience. Hybrid working (one day a week from home)
 
A large UK Business is currently looking for an individual who can drive forward data quality, automation and AI technology within their HR shared services team. This is a fantastic new role for someone that has a genuine interest in data and HR systems to support transformation across the business. Duties will include:
- Improving data quality across Workday HRIS
- Optimising HR processes 
- Supporting systems team with HRIS bugs 
- Working to automate manual HR processes 
- Developing AI technology within the HR function
 
To be considered suitable for this HR Business Improvement role you will need the following skills and experience:
- Interest or experience in HR Systems and AI 
- Data analysis tools such as Power BI / Tableau
- Ability to look at and automate system processes 
- Experience with Workday would be seen as an advantage
