HR Business Partner

A multinational technology firm are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team based in Southwest London. As the organisation embraces hybrid working you are able to work from home 2 days per week.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be the first point of contact for HR queries across a workforce of circa 150 employees. You will provide hands-on support with employee relations matters, collaborate with Talent Managers on recruitment initiatives, oversee day-to day HR operations and design and deliver regular management training. You will be responsible for coaching and advising managers on ER performance management and workforce planning.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will be a proven CIPD qualified HR professional with solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Having an excellent communication style is a prerequisite for this role alongside being a tech-savvy, proactive HR Generalist with line management experience. It is advantageous to have experience in a multi-brand organisation or within the software/technology sector, but this is by no means mandatory.
