A national charity focused on helping young people and children in the UK is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Assistant to join their growing team. The role is fully remote offering flexible working hours The salary is £25,000 plus very good benefits inc. the paid for CIPD qualification.
In this role you’ll provide comprehensive HR support across the south/south-east of England, ensuring smooth HR operations, and maintaining accurate employee records. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for HR to develop their career in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Essential skills & experience:
- Recent experience in an HR Admin/HR Generalist role
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation skills, able to handle multiple HR queries and tasks based on urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong grammar and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Experience working with Excel spreadsheets, including data entry and basic analysis.
