HR Advisor

A multinational architectural firm based in London is looking for an enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their tight-knit high-functioning HR team. The organisation embraces flexible working and requires you onsite 2 days per week.

Reporting directly to the HR Director you will assist with all areas of HR. Your key responsibilities as HR Advisor will include employee onboarding and offboarding, preparing letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation, completing pre-employment checks, learning and development, reviewing HR policies and procedures, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, inspirational HR Generalist with proven commercial experience. You will be computer literate and ideally CIPD qualified however this is not an essential requirement.
