Brand Manager - NW London – Hybrid - £52,000

 

A leading UK consumer healthcare business with a long-standing reputation for developing innovative health products are looking for a commercial Brand Manager to join their Marketing team. 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced brand marketer with a passion for consumer brands to play a key role in developing and growing a portfolio of well-established health and wellness brands.

Key responsibilities of this Brand Manager role include:

 

Manage a portfolio of consumer brands, driving brand growth and performance.

Support the delivery of a broad range of above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) offline marketing activities, including advertising campaigns across radio, print and outdoor media.

Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, including licensed products, brand ambassador partnerships, charity collaborations, sampling initiatives and promotional activity.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand plans and campaign requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies and stakeholders while managing contractual requirements.

Support new product development by contributing to brand positioning and launch plans.

Develop and maintain brand assets and promotional materials, ensuring they remain current and compliant with relevant industry regulations.

Assist with the planning and delivery of internal and external marketing events and prepare presentations for commercial stakeholders.

Manage marketing budgets and maintain accurate records of campaign expenditure.

Monitor and analyse brand performance using market data and insights to inform future activity.

 

 

This Brand Manager role would suit an organised, proactive marketer with strong brand management experience and a passion for consumer marketing.

 

To be suitable you will possess the following relevant experience:

 

Significant experience in brand management and marketing.

Previous experience within an FMCG branded environment.

Experience or a genuine interest in healthcare, nutrition or wellbeing brands.

Experience managing offline marketing campaigns.

Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.

Strong organisational skills, with a flexible and hands-on approach.

Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

 

 

The salary on offer for this role is up to £52,000 plus benefits which include:

 

24 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
