Training and Accreditation Administrator
Location: London (Hybrid – 2–3 days office-based)

Our client, a highly respected international organisation within the maritime and energy sector, is seeking a Training and Accreditation Administrator to join their professional and collaborative team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in course administration, certification management, or professional standards who thrives in a detail-oriented and process-driven role.
The Role
Working as part of the Training and Accreditation team, you will:

Manage and maintain application processes for inspector accreditation and training programmes.

Coordinate course planning, scheduling, and logistics for UK and international training events.

Liaise with applicants, trainers, and venues to ensure seamless delivery of courses and examinations.

Administer payments, invoicing, and certification processes, maintaining accurate database records.

Support users with system and process queries, escalating where necessary.

Maintain compliance with internal policies and quality standards, including ISO 9001.

Assist with data analysis, reporting, and year-end reviews of training activity.
About You
To be successful, you’ll bring:

Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.

Experience coordinating professional training, accreditation, or certification processes.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a confident, professional manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and databases.

A proactive approach, able to plan ahead and manage competing priorities.

Knowledge or interest in the maritime or energy sector (desirable but not essential).
