IT Test Environment Manager - Financial Services £75,000 plus bonus
Hybrid/remote working - 3 days at home per week.
A City based UK wealth management company is recruiting for an experienced IT Environment Manager who will be responsible for managing numerous test environments for business applications. The role will work alongside the Release Manager, project managers, developers and testers.
You will be responsible for:
- Ensuring IT applications are running as per developers and testers requirements
- Ensuring integrity of environments
- Keeping an up to date calendar showing projects across test environments for use by project managers and testers
- Allocation and creation of test environments
- Incident management and investigation of issues
- Analysing data for issues
- Test data management
- KPI and management reporting
- Implementation of policies & standards to improve the quality and efficiencies based on ITIL standards.
- Work with and support Solution Architects in redesigning the current environment technology to support change more flexibly.
The salary on offer is up to £75,000 plus annual bonus, 25 days holiday and 10% pension.
To be considered suitable you will need:
- Project management skills along with ITIL experience
- Strong people and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ISO27001 and SDLC requirements
- Good understanding of relationship between infrastructure, IT systems and application services
- Experience of managing test environments
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle
