Chesterfield, Hybrid - £57,000 - 12 month Fixed-Term Contract
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to fill a crucial role within our clients team who operate within the healthcare sector. This role will be responsible for coordinating resources to deliver the highest standard of IT infrastructure service to the company and users.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Providing infrastructure advice to inform strategic business planning and manage projects.
- Work alongside the Director of Infrastructure to make decisions the architecture of the infrastructure environment.
- Provide leadership and management in line with the company values.
- Lead on all aspects Infrastructure service delivery.
- Plan and manage the delivery of projects.
- Act as a key point of contact for the infrastructure users and effectively communicate issues to internal and external staff.
Skills required:
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Experience of managing small teams.
- Skills within service management in large IT environments.
- Understanding of QMS systems i.e. ITIL/ISO 9001 or equivalent.
- Good understanding of patching and cyber security measures applied within an enterprise environment.
