Our client a leading organisation within the service sector is seeking a driven and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead who is commercially minded and solution led. As the Talent Acquisition Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the recruitment processes by seeking and devising talent acquisition strategies. The role is hybrid with up to four days working at home and one day a week at their London offices.
This role will suit someone with a background in safer recruitment, either in-house or agency, who has managed recruitment within multi settings and across various disciplines, from entry to managerial levels. You will be a natural leader and mentor, managing a small team in a high volume and fast paced environment.
As the Talent Acquisition Lead you will provide guidance and support to the business in relation to talent acquisition. You will use your creativity to explore news ideas in creating talent pools and pipelines so that the Talent team can be ahead of recruitment needs for the business.
Using your advanced resourcing skills, you will assess and refine talent acquisition processes to streamline efficiency, enhance candidate experience, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including the management of referencing and DBS checks. You will also monitor recruitment metrics and produce regular reports for the management team in relation to recruitment spend and hire/retention rates.
You will build strong relationships with external partners, agencies and industry networks to expand talent pipelines and stay updated on industry best practices.
The ideal candidate will have.
Previous experience in talent acquisition, either in house or agency.
A track record of success in leading safer recruitment.
Experience in team leadership within a high volume and fast paced environment.
Strong MS office skills - ability to produce analytic reports.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing competing priorities.
